Whenever I entered a McDonald’s outlet, I will surely not miss the McCafe at the corner side where pastries and muffins plus coffee are place.  While others are enjoying the burgers and chicken; I could have my own coffee and pastries as well.

Now, McCafe has opened its first standalone store last Dec. 21, 2016. McCafe BGC Arts Center is located in the middle of the BGC artistic hub.  It’s the only store located inside the BGC Arts Center which serves food and beverage for art enthusiast.  I was able to taste what it offers; like pastries, sandwich, cakes and their different coffee blend.

McDonald’s took inspiration from the vibrant and bustling environment of Bonifacio Global City in designing McCafe BGC Arts Center. To fit in with BGC’s vibrant surroundings, geometrical elements were used in the store’s interiors, making it feel more alive and dynamic. The use of geometry also ties McCafe BGC Arts Center with the overall structure of the artistic hub. Customers can enjoy the artistic elements found inside the store such as the ceiling wall installation and the hanging lights that blend McCafe BGC Arts center with the growing artistic vision of its neighborhood.

  2. Wow! Wonderful-looking place – airy, light, and sophisticated. Once I ate at McCafe and I had the Mocha Brazo de Mercedes. I guess it’s been retired from their menu.

  3. This is actually a nice place to chill out. A cafe near our unit. Although some things in the interior can be improved, I honestly loved how McDo steps up this place. It looks really elegant! I have they can add something else to the menu though!

  6. We pass by this place every Monday on our way home from our picnic with the kids. I’ve only tried McCafe once, mali ata yung coffee na napili ko, haha. Anyway, we’re actually impressed by the design and very curious about the theater beside it.

  7. I love its interiors. I havent tried any of McDonald’s pastries and coffee. But this is indeed a good news for pastry and coffee lovers. Now, they could enjoy morning breaks in a nice ambiance and with a variety of options pa.

  8. We passed by this store when we visited tbe BGC Arts Center a couple of weeks ago. But we didnt go inside and instead ended up at the McDonald’s across the street. Would love to visit soon though coz I’m sure a lot of creative people will be hanging out there.
