Hi
This is Lariza Garcia and I will be sharing to you my latest event last Feb 13,2018. It’s about the food spot around the metro and the convenience of living on condominium that has it all for you.
SMDC or SM Development Corporation provides luxurious urban living through vertical villages perfectly integrated with a commercial retail environment, giving its residents access to a truly cosmopolitan lifestyle and that includes having the right kind of food that you would like to eat or restaurant that you would like to dine in at your convenience
And now, let’s talk about the event; its all about finding the hot spot food joint near Quezon City
We visited three restaurants around Quezon City and they are strategically located at SMDC condominiums, a place that you can easily find where ever you are coming for
My journey started at the meet up point in SM Light residences wherein I meet with other bloggers around 2 pm in the afternoon. We head on to our first stop at MPlace where in Hongkong Roasting was located.
The first thing that greet us when we enter the Hongkong Roasting Restaurant is the sight of Peking Duck and Lechon Macau hanging in the counter.

The staff are smiling and busy serving us a cold beverage that’s a must order when you visit their place. The place was spotless and clean, and staff are ready to serve you with a smile.
It was past lunch time, but I made sure to enjoy the food that was served
We were served three dishes which is enough for me for it already represent what Hongkong Roasting is all about.
Food:
We all love Peking duck and the lechon Macau and the young chow fried rice that goes with it. We love the food period.

What I love about the food at Hongkong Roasting
- The Peking Duck is cooked just the way it should be, the preparation was based on the how it was cook in Hongkong.
- I don’t usually eat pork, but I can’t say no to the Lechon Macau, it’s so crispy and there’s something on the way it was prepared that it really made me crave for more
- As for the fried rice, this is an all-in meal. It has enough ingredients in it that, you can eat it on its own.
As we bid goodbye to the owner, I was able to get some information about the recipe and how they started the restaurant plus other information about the restaurant. Watch my video for the highlights
