Discovery Primea celebrates World Paella Day that honors the iconic rice-based dish,a delicious representation of Spanish culture and cuisine, on September 20.
Discovery Primea’s Restaurant Tapenade, knoen for its extensive menu of flavorful Mediterranean fare, will actually have a four-day paella feast and celebration of Spanish culture and traditions from September 20. The festival will showcase different noteworthy flavors of the specialty dish.
For additional P300++, guests may upgrade their Salad Room experience with unlimited servings of paella, in addition to the hearty selection of local and imported produce, charcuterie, cheeses and fresh seafood.
The paella features a winning combination of toasted rice, meats and seafood. It is an ideal centerpiece for meals and gatherings with family and friends.
At the paella festival, Discovery Primea’s Executive Chef Luis Chikiamco will present his own variations of the classic rice dish, such as Paella al Chilindrón made with chicken and lamb; Paella de Champiñones made with shiitake, portobello, and button mushrooms; and Paella con Jamón, a festive combination of majestic ham and quezo de bola. Each paella is prepared carefully, cooked over an open flame and served on the piping hot pan.
The Salad Room offers unlimited servings of paella for lunch and dinner at a special price of P1,091 nett per person on September 20 and P1,200 nett per person from September 21 to 23. Rates include taxes and service charge.
