My Goal: How to Be Healthy This 2018

For the year 2018, I have set a goal for myself to be healthy

I am not getting any younger and so are you. For me, here are the four things that I promise to do

Be Happy 

They say that negative aura gives depression and all. Always be happy and have a positive outlook in life

Go to the Gym

Going to the gym, does not mean that you are just losing weight but taking care of your cardiovascular system as well. Toning those muscle and having a fit body

Stick to a Healthy Routine

Stick to my routine

Yes, we always promise ourselves to do this and do that, but we sometimes fall from this promise. So, let always remind our self what we promise

Have a Healthy Diet.

For now, I don’t eat pork, I don’t drink soda and powder ice tea and juices.

Friends call me goat because I tend to eat a lot of salad and fruits during events during events

But during my normal days, Salad Bar is the one who can help me to get through with my plan

 Salad Bar has five branches in the metro and in a way, I ‘m accessible to this area.

I can visit Salad Bar when I go home from event in Makati since, I usually get a ride in the corner of Paseo and Makati ave where Zuellig Bldg is located.

At the 2nd floor of the building is a food court where you can find Salad Bar


 

 Salad Bar is food stop for premium and high-quality fruits and vegetables that is why I am guaranteed that I am getting my money worth with every gram that I purchase.

  1. Thanks for this madam. Isa po ito sa mga goal ko this 2018, kahit subrang hirap po kakayanin ko ito para sa health ko po. Kahit super sarap kumain, kailangan po talaga magtiis lalo na yung mga sweets, junk foods, kailangan iwas po talaga.. Push!!!
