Summertime is the most enjoyable time to go out and have fun outdoor, but it is also the hottest time of the year. While we want to enjoy summer, let us not forget that we also must protect our skin from UV radiations. The sun has its benefits, but it has harmful effects as well.

Skin damage such as wrinkle, sunspots and sunburn are just some of the few that we could get from too much sun exposure.

So how can we protect ourselves from sun exposure yet still enjoy the summer break.

Here are some of the tips that I found.

Stay out of the Sun

What I mean is limit your time to the sun, stay inside during the peak hours where the sun is so hot. Stay under a shade

Cover up

Get ready to wear loose fitting clothes and get that shades and hat ready.

Eat Fruits

Fruits are a reliable source of anti-oxidants

Drink Plenty of Water

Use Sunscreen Against Sunburn

Sunburn; the red and painful skin caused by overexposure to ultraviolet (UV) rays from the sun and can vary from mild to severe. The face, neck, and trunk are more sensitive than the limbs. Within seconds of the skin being exposed to sun, it responds by producing melanin. This is a protective function to help prevent UV damage and it dramatically increases aging process.

When sunburned, drink plenty of water, as you may be dehydrated. It is important to treat the inflammation and reduce the damage to the deeper layers of the skin. On the healing process, use Diana Stalder Triple Action Cream and Triple Action Lotion as a perfect combination to help treat sun damage. It whitens and hydrates the skin while reducing the appearance of wrinkles, age spots and unwanted pigmentation, resulting in a radiant, healthy and youthful complexion in just 1-2 weeks.

With Diana Stalder Ultimate Power Peel treatment, the texture of the skin is smoothened out by using glycolic acid that remove the outer layer of the damaged skin. Glycolic acid is part of the group of active compounds known as AHA (alpha hydroxy acids), derived from cane sugar. It has the smallest molecules that penetrate the skin deeply and easily, making it the most effective for treating fine lines, acne, blackheads, and oiliness. This treatment is an effective procedure that successfully helps in visibly reducing acne scars, acne, rough and patchy skin. It also helps in reversing signs of aging like dark spots, wrinkles and fine lines; and improves other skin condition like keratosis, scarring from injuries, skin damage from prolonged exposure to sun and uneven pigmentation can further be address with this procedure.

The effects of this treatment can be remarkable but there are risks involved in using glycolic acid because it is an active compound. To ensure you get only the best effects from this amazing treatment, it is very important to apply the skin care tips from Diana Stalder skilled therapist, and don’t forget to wear sunscreen to avoid pigmentation and further damage

Now, to avoid further sun damage, it is highly recommended that you use sunscreen daily. Apply Diana Stalder Sunscreen Cream SPF35, 30 minutes before sun exposure and reapply every 2 to 4 hours. It is a broad-spectrum sunscreen protection containing Titanium Dioxide and Zinc Oxide that physically (instead of chemically) block rays. These sunscreen agents protect against UVA and UVB rays. Sunscreens can be used daily, any time of the year.
