Every day we learn new information that helps us improve our lives and be healthy.

As we learn new information, we learn to use them to our advantage


Since becoming health conscious, I have been taking a dose of virgin coconut oil every day. Yes, I take it orally; it may come with an unpleasant taste but then, its oil. The bottom line is it’s good to our health especially for a senior like me


As for me, I got to learn new information about coconut oil in a recent forum that I attended

Coconut oil is good for Immune System Boost (antibacterial, anti-fungal, and anti-viral) since coconut oil contains lauric acid. Speaking of lauric acid, we can found that at Minola Cooking Oil.

Minola Cooking Oil has lauric acid, for our frying /cooking, I always go for Minola.
